Yesterday I watch the match between SIngapore and Vietnam and I was very dissapointed that Singapore has lost on home ground advantage. Come to think bout it, The then Singapore players are nothing compared to the times of great players like Fandi Ahmad, my all time favourite Singapore player, V. Sundramothy, Malek Awab the speedy gonzalez, Steven Lee, Lee Tong Hai, Abbas Saad and more... They were the players of my time when I was growing up and their determination really brings the roar to tha kallang stadium. Sadly now I feel that the players lack the drive and think they are superstars whereas they are not.. I was supporting them at home although I was unable to go there.. but they are a let down. So many chances to score but coundn't make use of it. Vietnam deserve the win.
